Fruits & Vegetables – Vegetables and fruits play important role in our life, it helps us to stay healthier long period and protect skin from foreign activities. Everyday you have to eat fresh fruits and vegetables in order to get sufficient vitamins that your skin requires everyday.
So, intake fruits like apples, bananas, melons, strawberries, pomegranates, watermelons, oranges, etc.

Tea – Tea habit is not a bad habit. To keep healthy skin everyday drinks one cup green tea because green tea helps immune system to toxins out. If you don’t like caffeine then get herbal teas.
Protein – To provide to your skin you must eat nuts, eggs, meat, pecans, pistachios, walnuts, cashews, macadamia, fish, venison, veal, streak and lamb.

* Wear Sunscreen – whenever you want to go outside from your home make sure to wear sunscreen, even also in cloudy days. Your sunscreen should be SPF 30.
